Chapter One.
Welcome to my first series of it all, all the comfort I have, has been put into this art series. Composed of 6 separate series, “Freedom”, “Drowning”, “Relax”, “Wild” “Home” and “Pause”, The Comfort Series brings me joy (and anxiety!) to open to the world, but I am thrilled- with all of me -that you have found your way here.
The love for art rages through me. Everything I do, every gift I give, I find a way to be creative with it – almost as though I was destined for it. It is my greatest strength, and sometimes a weakness but I do it without hesitation or a second guess. I want my art to stand out, I want my art to have meaning, I want my art to be more than seen, but felt.
So, I have invited you here because as much as each piece of art is a part of me, you have brought me to this point. You have planted ideas and sparks inside of me to get me here. I owe this series to you. Even if you are a stranger, just passing by, somehow I have done this for you too.
I hope you find a piece that speaks to you, a piece that sparks something in you, a piece you want hanging in your home. I hope you find a piece of art, a piece of me, that holds a piece of you.
